The Rotary Club of Eyemouth is pleased to present the wonderful Shadows tribute band, Driftin’ Back at the Hippodrome with music from the great era of rock and roll. An evening of entertainment and fun, the event is also a fundraiser for Malawi Fruits, a social enterprise supporting Malawian Farmers to develop their businesses. Eyemouth Rotary are specifically raising funds for a solar powered irrigation pump. The use of these pumps allows the farmers to become more efficient and to produce a cash crop as well as their subsistence maize which means that a trading economy can develop and flourish.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to rediscover those chart topping hits from the 50’s and 60’s and raise money for a special cause. Doors open at 7.00pm. Fully licensed bar and bar snacks will be available through the night.
